Or chief value is to serve food that build up our health while is flavorful. We are primary organic were it makes sense such as foods on the dirty dozen list such as berries. We have no microwaves or deep friers. We seek to have some form of raw (uncooked or unpasteurized) nutrient rich ingredients in all of our offerings.
